Sorry for being so late. It's 9pm Wednesday as I write this.
The weather looks like a ride would be possible but there is rain forecast in the morning beforte we would leave. If the roads remain wet it may affect our ride. Here are my thoughts:
Let's try Platte City with our breakfast stop at Roxanne's. A little over 12 miles up and 12 miles back for 24.59 miles total according to Map My Ride.
