THURSDAYS, July 20 & 27 - SHOW-AND-GO rides from Embassy Suites - 8:00 AM Starts

My doctor diagnosed me as de-hydrated and recommended I stay away from heat this week so I will not be riding this Thursday, 7-20.  I DO hope to be riding RAGBRAI next week so I also will not be leading a ride on 7-27.

I will suggest a SHOW-AND-GO ride for these two Thursday meeting at Embassy Suites for an 8:00 AM departure to a destination agreed upon by those atending.  I hope to see you in early August.  Good riding until then.
