This should be a beautiful ride. We leave Embassy Suites at 8:30 heading to
Cook's Corner in Smithville for breakfast. This
maps as 16.6 miles out. I have us travelling one area of road construction that may require a rerouting of the trip but I think we will be able to get by (at 108th and Platte Purchase).
The 25.5 mile return goes across the Smithville Lake dam and south on Mt. Olivet (becoming Sherman becoming Reinking Rd) to 96th before turning west back to the start. The total ride distance is 42.1 miles.
