THURSDAY, April 13th TOO - Embassy Suites to Staley HS + loop - 9:00 AM Start

Thursday's weather doesn't look half bad.

For now, let's call it a Show-and-Go ; Embassy Suites  9:00 AM  I may post more later when I get a chance to think about it.  I'm not looking for 'uge mileage since I've been riding a bit recently.

UPDATED at 3:00 PM Wednesday

After a few minutes here is what I have come up with (or up with which I have come).  This is a 32 mile route with no meal stop.  We could gather at Nick and Nino's for a meal and/or drinks apres velo.
     This will be a section of the Jack and Coke ride on May 20th.  I can use this to check the route and get your feedback.

WEDNESDAY, April 12, Embassy Suites to the PeachTree (lunch) - 9:00 AM Start

The weather looks better for a Wednesday ride than for Thursday so here goes:

  I'm planning a Wednesday ride to the PeachTree Cafe-teria (lunch) located at 12th and Brooklyn.  I rode there on January 1st this year on the Emancipation Proclamation Ride.  The food was great.

Here is the route This ride is 18.5 miles there and about 22 miles back:

The temperatures look good and the winds will be increasing and at our back for the return trip.

Here is an alternate return route using the new US 69 MO River Bridge (Fairfax).  This way is about 1 mile shorter.
