FRIDAY, March 19 I will be able to lead a ride starting at 11:00AM. The route returns by my house where I will probably drop off approximately 4 miles from Embassy Suites (just as the Line Creek Trail crosses Barry Road). I will ride to the start so I will not be there the usual 30 minutes before the ride.
This route is about 30 miles. I don't know if a stop will work. I had thought of Frank's in Parkville. It will probably be too cool to eat outside. If they or we have much of a crowd I think we should skip the lunch stop. If there is a smaller group then maybe stop. Plan for either option.
The trip also uses the new trail and I have a little over 2 miles of gravel on the levee planned. It is possible to avoid this adding only 0.1 miles of distance and using about 0.4 miles along Hwy 9 (4 lane section).
One other thing - I'll be on my even slower bike so be patient.
