This week I plan to go to Platte City - brunch at Roxannes - following this route which includes downhill on Bethel and uphill on HH and the traditional off-road near the airport. Mileage is 13.4 there and 17.8 back for a total of 31.2 miles.
The weather appears to be reasonably warm and we will have a significant but not prohibitive headwind heading out and again on Nevada on the return.
Bethel and HH were each mentioned in my presence last week so be careful what you say around me.
