Happy New Year. I don't know if this route will be too ambitious. We may decide to modify at the start depending on conditions. There will be a noticeable headwind at the start (39 degrees - 12 mph) but once we get to mile 17 we turn to a tailwind for the rest of the ride. The brunch stop will be at Roxanne's in Platte City after 24.5 miles then 12 more back to Embassy Suites, 36.5 miles total.
